General Information
• All room rates are per couple, per night, plus tax.
• There is a charge of $39.55 for each additional guest.
• First child under 6 is free. $35 for any and all additional children.
• We require a credit card to confirm a reservation.
• There is a 5-day cancellation policy on all summer vacations.
• Holidays are priced differently (please call).

• All accommodations are non-smoking and non-vaping
• No pets
• Wheelchair accessible except the second floor
• Out of consideration for other guests, please don’t operate the Jacuzzi tub after 11 p.m. and
before 7 a.m.
